Our Ecam 350 Cam operators will receive your Gerber Format 274X data. We also accept other files (AutoCad, DXF, HPGL, HPGL2, Orbotech and ECAM dsn) but do involve additional process time.

BE SURE TO INCLUDE:

Fabrication data (Gerber file)
Aperture files (if necessary)
CNC Drill file (Format Excellon)
"READ.ME" File (ASCII Text information file)

The READ.ME File typically contains the following text information.

A list of each Gerber file name, and a description of each file
The Data format of the Gerber file (Type, Zero Suppression, Digits and Units)
The Data format of the Excellon file (Zero Suppression and Digits)
Company contact, a phone number and fax number
Special instructions

To reduce the possibility of delay, please consider the following:

We will view your files from the "COMPONENT"-side looking down, through the board. Include your part number, rev. and company name on all layers (Right reading from the component side of the board). The Fabrication Drawing should be viewed from the component side. The Board outline (Contour file) should be included with Gerber files. The correct size and shape will aid in the fabrication of the rout program. Include a hole to edge dimension to accurately position the design within the board outline. Include any other information that you may think is necessary to manufacture your board.

Also check for:

Corrupt PKZIP file. (Zip file fails CRC check when unzipped, files are damaged)
Fabrication print not supplied or is missing the following:
1. Finished hole sizes with accurate hole count and locations by symbols.
2. Overall dimensions (Showing any cutouts, slots, etc.)
3. Material thickness and finished copper weight for each layer.
4. Tolerances and any specifications.
5. Board Finish
Discrepancies between Gerber files and fabrication print.
Drill file missing or in wrong format.
Remove nonfunctional lands from inner layers
Missing holes or incorrect locations.
Aperture list is corrupt or incomplete (Undefined D-codes).
Aperture list missing. Text list of D-codes used by each Gerber file is required (Shapes/sizes).
Gerber files are scaled instead of one to one.
Conflicting or missing right-reading information.
